I am not being critical but how do you know this is her Career ambition? It states "I am looking weekend work. (Saturday & Sunday)". She may have a full time job (Monday-Friday) and be looking for additional income on the weekend. She also may be a student and looking for a weekend job. Unless I am missing something from the ad you posted I do not believe you should assume this is her career ambition.
