sorry to say but yes. The closer it gets to Christmas the more the price will go up. Looking on the hopeful side maybe the price is so high because it will cost more to ship to get to your home in time for Christmas.

Back in October I got my daughter a pair of moon shoes for $19.99 for Christmas. My neighbor attempted to get the same thing last week and it's now $39.99.
