    HI,
My little girl Zoey has celiac disease and gets very sick if she eats anything with gluten (flour) in it. So, it is really hard for her to be in a childcare center.
I have been looking for a sahm around the Riverwood area but cant find any. If anyone knows of anyone looking to care for a child pls. let me know.
    Thanks!

PM me. I have a neighbor who watches children and is wonderful. She has several who have all kinds of allergies (peanuts, cats, dust, flour, etc.). Not sure exactly how close you are to us but like I stated above...PM me.

Have you checked with Building Blocks on 42, I know they have several children with allergies and help with the menu for these kids.... I love the center my ds has been there for a year now...

My DD dx with celiac in August--

    Hey there,
My DD (5) just got dx with Celiac in August of this year--she started kindergarten at that time, so we didn't have to worry about the child care. But I TOTALLY understand how difficult this is to find somewhere that will be careful about the gluten. How are you all adjusting?? We make a LOT of trips to the Asian Market, where we have been able to find lots of "alternative" flours, as well as rice noodles, which make a GREAT sub for any pasta--much better than the DeBoles, and cheaper too!
