Direct TV vs Time Warner

Just read that TWC is going up. It is redicious the amount of money we have to pay just to watch TV.

Be careful with directv. They sign you up for two year terms if you order a dvr or other equipment. Happened to me. They never explained that to me.

 

It's in the contract. ( very small print!) lol

Yes...But when you buy over the phone....It's not shown to you.

They didn't speak English well at all.

 

I hate when they can not speak english clearly! I have started demanding to speak with someone I can understand. I have to admit I have started being rude about it. I had someone call my house trying to sell me something I could not barely understand her so I started speaking to her in my own made-up language, she finally hung up on me. She was selling extra insurance on my credit card .I could not understand half of what she said . I asked to speak with someone who spoke better english she refused so I talked to her in my own language and she got mad and hung up. I think I was called a Enlightened person in spanish. lol
