I read the classifies almost every day and it just amazes me at the # of people listing puppies for sale.
I don't know anything about the individual being discussed or what type of dogs she breeds - but I think the AKC has an inspections department that may be willing to look into any allegations concerning breeders of AKC registerable dogs who may be caring for dogs in substandard conditions. If these are "designer" dogs they may not be recognized AKC registerable breeds - but if they are AKC registerable someone may want to report this person. http://www.akc.org/about/depts/investigations.cfm
