whats wrong with sw? has received quite a bit of press. i have only seen the plans. other than that i have not heard anything. there is a need for senior housing (total yard and exterior maintenance) in this area.

Well I think SW stinks! And some of those seniors are the worst!

Construction of the infrastructure is going on now. No home construction has started. The map for the first phase of the development (the multi-family) should be recorded either late this week or early next week.

Reminds me of a Personnel Problem that Janis wrote about on her "The Farmette Report":

'Employees with flatulence. Employees who work in shared work spaces with other employees and yet they don't seem to notice that their colleagues start going green around the gills when said employees let 'er rip in close quarters. Employees who don't know the meaning of silent but deadly, yet practice it on a daily basis.

What is striking, to me anyway, is that both employees at issue are women. Perhaps my bias is showing, but I tend to think of women as being more considerate about such things. I mean, c'mon, men fart for sport; it's like a competition with them. I once shared an office with a guy who would toot away after lunch. He'd cut one loose, grin, then make an asinine comment like "Whoops! My shoes must be too tight!" He thought he was hilarious. A regular laugh riot. He made that comment Every Single Day.

But the ladies? I'm guessing that these two have a sense of smell as impaired as whatever is causing their persistent state of gassiness. And they must think that if you can't hear it, you can't smell it. "

Women poot? Who knew? Are you seriously telling me that the dog may not be as responsible for certain "airs" for which it was blamed? :)

I cooked a big pot of Mexican Soup yesterday... lots of beans! Mmmm.

I should have sent clothes pins to work w/ DH this morning. His co-workers will need them today. No dogs around the office to blame. :ack:

No but Real Estate Agent Valerie Dupree just mailed out a survey trying to determine if any interest in 55+ community for Clayton. Philp Edwards', Clayton Area Builder, business card was included in the mailing. Philip is a quality builder. Stay tuned if you are interested in a development with exterior mainteance and lawn care.

Absolutely NOT. I've heard that rumor before, but verified on Snopes that it's a horrible lie circling the net.
