Couldn't agree more, Craig. It was against the Jets, for crying out loud! Like anyone really needs to cheat against them! Do you think that stealing a few signs from the other team in one game against a far inferior opponent really has a whole lot to do with the Pats going undefeated? No. It's an incredible feat, only done once before. (What were Belicheck and co. thinking, anyway?!? Stupid move for such bright people.)

I'd love to see the Packers and the Pats in the Super Bowl. But how could I root against my man, Rivers? :hurray:

Hey! Get that NASCAR crap outta here. we're talking REAL sports here!
    (ducking and running:mrgreen:)

Poor sportsmanship on the part of those who boo her. Bad form.

Here's a quote from another forum that I read "I do agree she would be booed elsewhere, thats the sad part. I wasn't knocking the Indy fans just society as a whole for booing a kid in a opposing teams jersey. It's pretty pitiful if you really think about it..We take sports way too seriously as a Nation. Actually not just sports but entertaintment as a whole. When more people vote for American Idol than for a American President it's says something is wrong..."

And that was my point of posting the link here. No matter why they were booing or if you or me or the girl know why.....it was the simple act of booing at a kid who had excelled and was being honored for doing such that was very classless. And I think it's a stand up thing the Patriots are doing.

yep, it was classless, no doubt about it....and any team would do that, if it had happened at their Stadium. Sorry, no cookies to hand out.

You're a Packers Fan, Son. Got It?

PORTAGE, Wis. — Upset that his 7-year-old son wouldn't wear a Green Bay Packers jersey during the team's playoff victory Saturday, a man restrained the boy for an hour with tape and taped the jersey onto him.

Mathew Kowald was cited for disorderly conduct in connection with the incident with his son at their home in Pardeeville, Lt. Wayne Smith of the Columbia County Sheriff's Department said. Pardeeville is about 30 miles north of Madison.

    One word.....La HOO Zer.

I saw an episode of the World according to Jim, a real Bears fan, and the tv family son only wanted to play with a packers toy..and all the time that Jim spent trying to get the son to give up the ball went for naught. At the end, he found the way for both to be satisfied. Underneath the Humongous "Packers", he wrote with permanent marker, "Suck"..
Even we cheeseheads have a sense of humor about it...but not to abuse a child...
    STOOPID!
