Male Beagle, small maybe 15 pounds. He came running up to us as we pulled into our driveway this morning. He was soaked and shivering. He had a collar with to out of service phone numbers. We live over in Horsemans Ridge off of Dairy Road. If you know anything about him or of anyone missing their dog please email me at: admin@below14thdesigns.com He has been dried off, fed and is being well cared for, but I would love to get him back to his owners.
i saw him, too, about 9:30-10:00 this AM in my yard. Noticed he had a collar on, so didn't think much about it. Glad you looked and helped. I know someone who has adopted 2-3 beagles. Will call them to see if they're interested, in case you don't find his home.
that would be great. I'd appreciate any info. I would hate to turn him into a shelter. We took him to the animal hospital to be scanned, but he doesnt have a chip. I know my husband will not let us have another dog as we already have 3.
did you post it on the classifieds on here? also, you might want to list it on the CAT/DOG thread....there have been alot this week.....strange.
You may also want to try searching the "Dog Detective" website, or posting a found beagle there. http://dogdetective.com/index.cfm Also maybe call all the vets in the area and let them know. Unfortunately, there are a lot of unwanted drop offs around here lately, so that may be the case.

We were out and about ourselves. Stupid snow. Even thought we did not get any, because of the kids being out of school by daughter is driving me crazy. I give her chores and she wishes school would start back...me too. Grace
Not sure exactly where you live, but I did saw a cute beagle at Flowers Plantation area. Is that him? We just lost our dear beagle last May (heart failure) and we plan to adopt one soon after we put up our new fence in our backyard. there is also a couple on the pet page looking for a beagle pup as a companion for another dog, if you can't find the owner, maybe they'll want him.... he is super cute in that picture you took.

Guess what???????? We found the little guy's family! I am so excited. I was leaving our development late this afternoon and saw a sign about a missing beagle that wasnt there earlier. Turns out his name is Curly and his owner came to pick him up just a few hours ago. I am so happy they have been reunited. Thanks to everyone for all your concern and help. elisa
