Ok, I went through most of the threads that have anything to do with Getting a trip to Disney world.
I think the best thing for us is to use a travel agent and let them find the best deal for us.
    Since we are driving.
There will be 5 adults and 2 kids.
We are going hopfully june 16 till the 20th..not long, but long enough.
Any tips would be helpful and if you have a favorite Agent please let me know.

Travel Agent to drive to Disney World? You might be better off in booking it yourself.

Go to the Disney website (their official one)
    http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/index?bhcp=1

You can also call them (800 number on site) to check for specials (though summer when kids are out of school is unlikely to be a time where they're offered)

They have room packages where all entries to parks - magic kingdom, animal kingdom, epcot, hollywood studios and both water parks are included, and the villas for parties as large as yours include washer/dryers and whirlpool tubs. Ballpark figure is a hair over 1,000.00 per night (about 150.00 pp), but that includes free shuttle busses to the parks which run every 15-20 minutes from the time the park opens till it closes and you get to go into the park an hour or two prior to the general public. Hubby and I went and had a blast. Our room was beautiful and very inexpensive for two people.

If you have a AAA Membership, they have a travel dept, and lots of deals for Disney travel. If you don't have a membership, the price of the membership alone might be worth the discounts you could get booking through them.

    $39/basic single membership (i think).

Does anybody in your party have AARP? My mother recently got onboard, and already saved a ton with just a 3 night stay in a hotel here at Christmastime.

Yeah my dad has it and my brother works for them..we are looking in that area as well.
I did get some help from a 40/42 member and it was a good deal.
As far as using a travel agent that was more or less to help with the hotel cause they are so many. We knew the tickets were pretty much going to be the same everywhere.
But, some cut deals if you stay with them.

I'm from Florida and we moved here a year ago. I'm very familiar with Disney vacation stuff. I strongly suggest you not to book any rsvp through Disney website. They charge too much $$$. You can get discount and special deals from MouseSaver and Small World Vacation websites. Here are their links:

    http://www.mousesavers.com/
    http://www.smallworldvacations.com/

Also, you can keep your eyes on last minute deals:

Low season is the best rate on hotel/foods/admission price. Summer and holidays are usually very high. Be sure to sign up your name/address on Disney site and you'll get coupons/discount codes in the mail.

    Hope this helps. :)
