Cleo - Thanks for the info! We haven't been back there in a few months, might take a drive this weekend and check it out. We're in West View district right now but I'd be willing to move to Cleveland. I'd love to have over an acre of land, my kids would be in heaven! If anyone else on here has any more information on it I'd love it!
I was over there looking in all the houses last weekend. They are BEAUTIFUL! About 3000 sq ft on an acre for about 350,000- 400,000, Not in my price range but beautiful to look at.
i agree with you there....The weddings here are very different. And they give presents instead of cash. I have never been married here but I have attended several weddings. They are very nice but a lot less formal. I went to one where he was a long Islander and her family was from Johnston COunty. If was really nice but you sure could pick out all the yankees by their clothes and such, let alone when they spoke..lol.
my husband and i moved here from brooklyn about 5 yrs ago and love it. some subdivisions you may be interested in, based on your posts are broadmoore ( i think that's how it is spelled) and maybe even with mill branch or avery meadows. avrery meadows and mill branch are both considered to be in the town of angier but aren't even near it. we'l say they are located on the way to angier. a real good realtor that may help you is mark bailey he is with coldwell realty i think. he is really good and nice. he'll listen to what you want. he actually has my mil house listed too. we've known him since we moved to this area. he'll even be able to give you info on the schools. i personally really like broadmore sub good luck and welcome to the area.
thanks. i love Broadmoor, from what i understand the schools in the area are good also. so maybe one day we'll upgrade into broadmoor :mrgreen:
