man that does sound good....you are making me hungry thinking about it....and just think you'll probably get enough to have for lunch tomorrow.
:iagree: Logan's chop steak, salad and sweet pot. YUmmmmm but NEVER get the chopsteak at applebees. Had that there Sunday. It was more than gross...I simply could not eat it. One of those prefab rubbery things...nasty:ack::ack::ack:
anyplace besides GC should be a ++++++. Applebees and Logans are still my favorites that are close by. I hope they make one of these on exit 312 in the future
Anybody been to the Ruby Tuesday up your way lately. We went shortly after they opened and it was a disaster. Haven't been back, but willing to give it another shot if anyone has anything good to say.
we go frequently....and we've had really good and really bad, service, consistently. The one in FV is our favorite though. RT's has the best burger, IMO, out of all the chain places in their category.
I stopped going to Applebee's for the longest time because of awful service but my niece and I went for lunch on a teacher workday a few weeks ago...yummy! I had the grilled shrimp and spinach salad...it was awesome! I have since had the 3 cheese penne pasta...yum. DH had the South Western hamburger (I think that's what it was called)...I had a bite...it was awesome as well.
That place is known as El Hairo in our family due to the fact that once I found 5 hairs in and around my taco salad. When we brought it to the waiter's attention, not only did he not offer to comp the meal he sort of tried to blame it on us-"are you sure this not your hair?" None of us have anything even resembling black hair... Go to Las Margaritas on Timber or El Dorado in Forest Hills.
Ohhh a little hair never hurt anyone, its actually a great source of protein.. jk that's pretty nasty
alright where did Jen end up going for dinner?? i didnt have to go anywhere and dh cooked some kick-butt baby back ribs! :hurray:
We went to LaPiazza, but they were pretty busy, and after waiting for a few at a table, we just decided that the baby was hungry and we were hungry, so we left and went to Venero's in Clayton. We'll go back to LaPiazza when they are a little less busy. But Venero's was great!
As part of the crowd at La Piazza tonight, a thumbs up on the service and the food. We had a great meal! 8)
