Heads up, I heard this on the news yesterday evening.

I found that website when I googled about the training. Who would'a thunk there would be a whole website devoted to Starbucks gossip??

Girl,

I don't miss those days at all, now if I could just stop waking up like that and not going back to sleep!

 

Little Miss Attitude (otherwise known as Little Bit) has just started doing this recently. She wakes up screaming, I go to her, try to comfort her, and she screams bloody murder until I pick her up.

Then it's a battle of the wills for the rest of the night. She'll be quiet, we usually go sit/lay on the couch, but she moves and wiggles, and sits up and laughs, and wiggles and moves.......ughhhhh

Then she will normally fall back to sleep at about the time my alarm is going off...

She might get a visit from the tylenol fairy tonight, lol....

 

so stressed

 

I remember those days. Maybe try letting her sooth herself? Let her cry for a while and she'll go back to sleep. I remember my oldest did this and I finally had to do that. It tore my nerves up, but worked.

 

Ack!! Me too!! Is she having perhaps nightmares or something? Do you have a nightlight in her room? My boys used to do this too and that seemed to help some.

Good luck, its tough when they do that!!

 

I do let her cry for a while, and most times, she'll go back to sleep, but when she starts screaming, there is no turning back, lol...

Plus, I guess there is no reason the whole house has to be awake, you know?

I was watching Food Network this weekend and they were at a Food show in Vegas, anyway -they had a barista showdown to see who could make the best ' foam graphic' on top, it was pretty interesting stuff!!! Those guys were talented! Boy they showed alot good food- those shows always make me hungry!! :mrgreen:
