    But not surprising. He's been very sick for quite a while. Do you think the US may change its irrational policies toward Cuba, once Castro is out of office?

    Yeah, I knew his brother had taken the reins about 18 months ago. As far as the policies towards Cuba...............I have no idea. That's what I think will be interesting to see. :allears:

    I do hope the next U.S. Administration will re-evaluate the policies in regards to Cuba. From what I have read about his brother, he seems to want to give Cubans more freedom on farm land and other issues.

    I believe Hat6 has discussed that recently. Trade with China and Viet Nam, but not with Cuba, for example.

    I find it the opposte. I find it irrational that we trade with China and Vietnam.

    I have a good friend who works with Cuban emigrees finding them homes & jobs. he says nothing will change until the brothers Castro are dead.

    Maybe if we extend a hand up Cuban policy will change.
