They have this guys license plate 'fear this' and they have yet to find the man whose name is unknown? How is that possible? :banghead:

So its not a real license plate - the story is kinda confusing.

If you read it all the way to the end, it tells the real license plate and that they do know who the car belongs too. Agree that's it's a poorly written, confusing story. :?

 

Could it be the plates were stolen or do not match the car?

 

or the thug doesn't actually live where it says he is registered ...be my guess

 

Ken - what you added about they know his name but haven't released it....
that was added recently, earlier it did not state that, so hopefully now they know who they're looking for. :x
