Well, since DH won't be home until who knows when..:evil: I will most likely do up grilled ham and cheese sammies. Or "girl"-cheese as my little one calls them. With my hubby gone and my oldest sick...doesn't seem much point to fixin a big meal. :cry: Maybe I will just make opcorn:
:cheers: & opcorn: Home alone tonight. Was going to be low-carb pasta with roasted red peppers and roast chicken. Oh well, tomorrow.
We tried something new tonight. Cugino's Chicken Enchilada soup! It's from a box mix (from Food Lion) added a lrg can of tomato sauce, a lrg can of canned chicken breast meat (cause didn't have any cooked) thats what the directions suggested - BUT I also added a can of black beans and some leftover taco seasoned hamburger - it was YUMMY!!! :mrgreen: And we added cheese and sour cream on top - sorta like chili, but had a really good flavor!
