Fried peas??? Never heard of that one! Steamed, boiled, creamed, but not fried. What's that like?

It is delicious. You fry them in alot of butter with pearl onions. Doesn't take long at all.

Well, since DH won't be home until who knows when.. I will most likely do up grilled ham and cheese sammies. Or "girl"-cheese as my little one calls them. With my hubby gone and my oldest sick...doesn't seem much point to fixin a big meal.

Maybe I will just make  :)

Home alone tonight. Was going to be low-carb pasta with roasted red peppers and roast chicken. Oh well, tomorrow.

We tried something new tonight. Cugino's Chicken Enchilada soup! It's from a box mix (from Food Lion) added a lrg can of tomato sauce, a lrg can of canned chicken breast meat (cause didn't have any cooked) thats what the directions suggested - BUT I also added a can of black beans and some leftover taco seasoned hamburger - it was YUMMY!!! And we added cheese and sour cream on top - sorta like chili, but had a really good flavor!
