    dg-I am just telling what I know. We know the owners of the 250+ acres. The deal closes this Friday. As for the TJ Max they themselves purchased the land. Right that does not mean they will actually build on the land. It has to be approved. These people have purchased & want to build whether or not it goes that route is the commisioners.

    As for Walmart..they can not start construction until they work on the Highway & from what I remember it is slated by DOT for this spring........if memory serves correct.

    The same thing happens anywhere -just like on 70 hwy. O'charley's purchased the land next to walmart & was approved to build 1 month b4 construction they pulled out felt there was not enough revenue to support the restaurant. Boom just like that over & done with.

    Yes, we will all see what is to come but it is happening...whether commercial or resi. 42hwy will be more of a mess than it already is.

    Thanks bro, I didn't learn ANY of that in my broker class many moons ago.
