Update on stop smoking

Just wondering how all the quitters are doing. Has anyone gone back to smoking or still smoke free.

 

I'm still smoke free. Haven't smoked at all this entire year8)

I failed again. Smoking like crazy. Chantix worked like a charm until I quit taking it.

That scares me. DH FINALLY decided to REALLLY try to stop this time and has been taking Chantix for about 8 weeks now. He's due to stop in 3-4 weeks (I guess). I hope he can stop the meds AND stay smoke-free.

 

I have been quit for 1 Year, 7 Months, 1 Week, 5 Days, 9 hours and 11 minutes (592 days). I have saved $1,036.66 by not smoking 5,923 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Weeks, 6 Days, 13 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 7/9/2006 8:57 AM

My last smoke was Oct 30 2007. I took Chantix for 5 weeks then stopped the pills and the smoking. DH can't quit yet either. He's out side right now smoking.

 

None since Dec 31 2007.

No pills, no gum, nothing.

Cold Turkey.

Uhhh, you're suppose to stop 7 days after starting Chantix.....
