Yeah, got it - I don't think the videos were there yesterday but I just watched them.

Personally I would have fired her based on that outfit she put together before she ever had a chance to pick my babies up by their jammes, or just brush one of them off to the side so she could hear the TV.

WTH is that? A beach towel with one of those clear plastic strap bras peeking out?

That women was more interested in sitting her arse on the couch watching TV than interacting with the children.

I feel those are definitely police-worthy clips. I would have called the police too.

 

Those videos were awful - who picks up babies like that? Why would that woman want to be a nanny when she obviously doesn't care/like babies? Unbelievable. I'd also give some grief to the person who gave her a "glowing" reference - something isn't right there either. It's a shame the police cannot charge her with anything as I don't think their reprimand will faze a person like that...imho.

 

You'd be surprised how many people take on this job as "easy money". We interviewed several people who ran in-home daycares after DD1 was born. The one we finally decided on was christian and had glowing references. Thank God my son was there to tell me that Enlightened person left my baby in a crib in a room by herself most of the day with a TV on while she sat on her *** in the other room watching TV. I still fantasize about burning her house down whenever I drive by it, and this was 3 years ago!

This is something I did. Sounds kind of paranoid but In daycare I took a marker and numbered the diapers on the inside 1- 10. I knew that dd went through about 10 diaper's a day. So I knew if they changed her as they should or not well then they wanted a bag of diapers a week so I took each one out and numbered them and checked everyday the diapers left at daycare to make sure she was being changed as often as needed. I was bad for always asking questions about every little thing. It anoyed them but hey thats my kid and I am paying them to take care of her they better do it right or they will have to deal with me . You may find this hard to believe but I can be a biotch .
