Speaking of rain......

Where's the best place to get one of those rain barrels without paying an arm and a leg? I need water for my garden this summer!!!!

 

I never turned over the wheel barrell so it's filled up!

Darn it. I heard something on the news (WRAL or Mix 101.5) about rain barrels. But I can't seem to find any info right now.

 

City of Raleigh offers them. There is one that is $40 made out of recycled pickle buckets.

 

AGri Supply has one for $185, I guess that would constitute costing an arm & a leg though. :mrgreen:

This one seems to be the WINNER...

$35 bucks seems to be the best price and someone to show you how to build it. Only thing is...I seen them in action on the news too and it makes the front of your house(if that's where your down spouts are) look like crap.

I need to hook one up to my Sump pump output. That sucker is flowing like a bathtub faucet!

 

I've sent an email and all the classes are full, but I'm on a waiting list as they are trying to schedule more! I have BIG bushes that can hide one on the side of my house. :hurray::hurray:
