Oven fried chicken

    Anybody have a recipe for oven fried chicken that does not include corn flakes? Maybe breadcrumbs would work? I hate going to the store for one thing, because I usually forget that one thing and buy ten things that I *don't* need.

    try recipes.com....I'm sure you could use bread crumbs or something else to coat it with, just won't be as crunchy!

    dry Lipton Onion soup mix-very good

    That does sound good, but I don't have any of that either. I will save it for future reference. And HEY Pepper Jack! How you been?

    That's what I am thinking. I guess I'll just grill it, that will be healthier anyway.

    Try dried potato flakes if ya have 'em.

    I have also seen pretzel crumbs used.

    Too late, I grilled them. I was making chicken sandwiches. They were just OK. It will be better when L&G gets some tomatoes!!

    And I am doing well PJ, just hanging there. Looking forward to "Sugarfest 2008" tomorrow morning. :)
