Owner Will Carry?

I'm looking for a listing (website or paper) of local (Clayton) houses for sale where the owner will carry (or owner financed, or other some such).

Any ideas?

I also got one of those books outside of convenience stores for homes for sale. If you go to some of the realator websites, they have all kinds of ways to narrow down your searches. Hope this helps
