Anywho, Cleo and I were on our way home from orb hunting. Then what did we see wandering aimlessly through a church parking lot... a cute little kitten. So, could we leave the helpless little creature? Nope... we took her in. We have affectionately named her Orbie for the time being. Thing is, little Orbie needs a place to stay. I'm guesstimating her to be 5-6 months old. She looks like a Russian Blue. Her belly is swollen so shes either pregnant or wormy. Please PM either Cleo or I if you can help little Orbie out. Thanks in advance
Thank you very mudge! Oh, I did get a rather nice "eye roll" with a long sigh when I delivered the news.
mmm has got the pics, my battery died. I can tell you she is solid blue/grey with yellowish eyes. Really soft, and sweet... awe....
I have 6 cats myself so I'm not able to keep her. If you are willing to take her in I can meet you at Vets for pets in Dunn and I will pay for everything. I would also let you use the kennel she is in now and pay for everything if you take her in Monday. My vet is Old Stage in Angier. You could take her there and I could have everything arranged.
Several vets are open until 12 today. Petsmart vet could probably do it. If she is pregnant I wouldnt let them talk you into the FVRCP...it is controversal in pregnant cats and I have not had good luck with it.
What is FVRCP? I would love to help out, wouldn't mind another cat, I have two very indoor cats now..just worried about how they would all get along..plus I have birds, and my cats have been raised around them. Sheri
It is the common 5 in 1 vaccine. I have had problems with neurologically deficient kittens and am afraid it was due to the mom getting her shot during pregnancy. This is totally just my observation, but I will no longer allow the shot to be given until mom is done nursing. You know you want her Sheri!!!
Hey. I'll pay for her initial visit. I'd prefer to use my vet, but we can go where ever. They're out until Monday, anywho. I'll help you in any way that I can. If she does end up preggers I'll help with placement as well.
Very sweet and friendly. I was surpised, plucking her up out of parking lot that she did not maul mmm on the way to her house, went right into the cage and chowed down. Then, she was meowing to come out. How did she do last night, misunderstoodmind?
Very, very loving. When we stopped she came straight up to me. I didn't have to chase her at all. We both handled her for a good bit. She handled the ride to my house very well.
