That sounds awesome!! I would love to get some regular excersize in. I am not skinny by far but I would like to be healthy fat if there is such a thing LOL.

Sorry guys! I have been totally slack w/ spring break and all things happening w/ the kids. Been crazy here lately. Promise to get an email out later on today and set something up THIS WEEK!!! I know we had a hard time before break trying to meet so we'll set up a few different times and go from there. After seeing the show last night, I want to look like Ali--LOL. DH started pumping some iron 2 days ago, so now I HAVE to get my *** in gear! 10 lbs and need to tone up these abs and legs! Goals 1. NO beer during the week (friday, saturday & sunday only) 2. Walk at least 4 times a week (morning, noon, night whenver I can - besides walking while working) 3. Cut back on the sugar (coffee has 3 tsp in each cup) 4. Crunches at night before bed at night 5. Week 2 - start lifting again I wish I were closer to ya'll so I could participate. :cry: I'll just be up here with all the fancy schmancey people with their matching outfits. :ack: :lol:
I think if I could stop drinking so much Mountain Dew, I'd get rid of some weight! But it's my drug of choice! Darn it! Why does it have to be so good and so bad at the same time?

HG That's why I put the sites up there... we can be cyber trainer buddies! :mrgreen: the Fit day site you can log your intake, workouts, and weight loss; because for some people it helps to see your progress instead of trying to remember what you ate or how long you worked out. Makes you accountable. I personally don't have the time to have regular meetings for workouts. That's why hubby and I invested in a home gym. I'd have to bring kids and then it would defeat the purpose. :lol:
I just need to be held accountable. I'm really working on drinking all water, which is horrible, but it's the way to go. I just need to get some exercise, but it's easier when I have others around me that want to exercise too.
I've got fitday, but I just really don't have time to enter all the foods that I eat (which isn't a lot) but mine are mostly *custom* foods.
I wouldn't have much time either, but I really want to do something. I have no where to walk around here..I wish I had the money to join a gym..but worried even I wouldn't have time for that either. I have got to do something soon. As far as food, it's what is faster for me, which means it's going to be bad. I don't eat much, but it's what I eat that is the problem and when I eat it. I need to loose about 50 pounds , my daughter who is 7 needs to loose about 15 pounds..maybe a little less. I'm not doing her any good. Sheri
I'd like to lose at least 30 pounds. If I can get my appetite under control, I can drop some weight, but if I am hungry, all bets are off! I get the shakes and have to eat. I haven't gotten the hang of either portion control or mini meals. No luck with over the counter appetite supressents either. They just make me feel weird. I lost a bunch of weight after I had DS by taking those Epehdra ones, but now am too scared to try that again. 8)
I know what you mean, heck I don't know what my Calerie intake should be? I have no clue where to start with that. I get bored as well, and not having the money to buy the right foods, and well I can go on and on..good foods are expensive. I have tried pills and they haven't worked in the past for me either.. www.sparkpeople.com is another good website. It is all free, and it has excercise logs, food logs, etc.
