Renters (UGH)

There are some renters on my street on the cul-de-sac, They have trashed the cul-de-sac. Who do I call about cleaning that mess up? The homes are owned by the builder Son-Lan. The renters seem low class

 

Call the owner or call the HOA if you have one.

 

I would call the owners first. I am really sorry that they are being pains. It really gives renters a bad name. We rent and we really try to give a good impression and make friends with our neighbors.

If the owners won't do anything I would try to find out if they are breaking any laws or city codes. If they are then you can report them.

 

They have filled the ditch with all kinds of debris.

 

throw a match in and burn it for them 8)

 

If they're owned by Son-Lan, then I'd start with calling them and let them handle it.

 

You know if I still smoked I'd throw a lit cig in it.:evil:

 

my community was to be for homeowners only. The homeowners moved out and put renters in....not a lot you can do!

Is their house big enough for family of 4. We are quiet and very clean. We are very loyal to our landlord but we do need a bigger place to live.

 

They are all 3 bedroom I think they range in size from 1100 to 1400

If I am thinking of the same house on Polenta, it has been rented. Brick house, carport, gazebo. People just moved in.
