  1. Thats the one that is across from where Watkins ends at Polenta? Yea i saw people moving in.

But the people in SP I wonder which Cul-de-sac. I live at the end of one of the cul-de-sacs> i guess its time for me to drive around and find the one with the trash in the gutter.

RO, are you looking in the particular area? I will keep my eyes out too, it took forever for that brick house to get rented out.

what about buying? I know of another nice looking brick ranch house up for sale at the very end of Government Rd, last one before Barbara Mill. It looks really nice and big.

I wish we can buy but we can't at this time. We still have to rent for atleast another year or so and I am still not sure where I want to send the girls to school yet. I have another year before my dd starts kindergarden.

Looking to be near exit 319 -40, Benson, Angier, Mcgee's and Cleveland areas.

Thanks guys for keeping a look out for me.

That I don't know, sorry, I just pass it everyday heading to work, I don't even recognize the realtor sign but I can find out for you and PM you tomorrow. I have always admired that house, just looks very nice and it has a good bit of yard so must have at least an acre.

Cleveland Spring Subd has homes for rent.
And there's a boat load in Riverwood.

Is there anyway you could buy a forclosure?? There may be some work that needs to be done, but you may pay less that you are paying in rent AND have instant equity in the house!

If you couldn't reach Son-Lan, their office is way in the back, behind the Golden Corral in Cleveland area.

Yea but we wouldn't be able to put any money down right now. That is what is holding us back. We need to save save and save :)

For what it's worth, I'd stay away from Son Lan in dealings for renting. I had a friend that used to rent from then and let's just say they are crappy to deal with! And "crappy" is such a mild word for their experience.

I'd wait! There are discussions going on for folks who buy foreclosed homes getting a rather nice tax credit. Don't know the status of it, though.

I'd wait and see. You don't want to miss that, if they are going to implement it.

Give the county commissioner a call. Your neighbors can be cited for violations. Renting or not, if they are causing a sanitation issue they can be fined.

Jim Wilson deals exclusively with foreclosures for the most part. His properties sell pretty fast.

    Nice one
