OK, which one is Waverly Point, there are so many new subdivisions going in I don't know which one is which anymore!!!
Waverly Point has been around for about 6 years now. The neighborhood is close to the new Lowes store on 42/50. Turn in front of Lowes on 50 heading towards the Chadbourne neighborhood (like you are heading towards McGees xRoads). When you get to the Chadbourne "C" made out of shrubs - turn right onto Page Road (Just across the street from the Methodist church). Go about a mile down Page Road and you will see the Waverly Point entrance on Durwood Drive.

I know they are actually calling for severe weather tom. It seems like this subdivision would go ahead and reschedule...
I hope so! It looks like they have some cool stuff but I have a b-day party at 10:00 in the morning and my hubby has to work so I can't get over there first thing!!
I haven't heard of it being rescheduled. I plan on having all my stuff set up inside my garage so I don't have to move it back in if it starts raining during the sale. I did not participate last year, but I did go around to the neighbors that were participating and found lots of great things.
I always enjoy doing a little shopping at the Waverly Point yard sale also. My son LOVES them. I hope the rain holds off long enough for me to make the rounds.
