Waverly Point is a wonderful neighborhood occupied by mostly wonderful folks. It seems unlikely that someone who lives in the neighborhood would make up a flyer to invite criminals into their own back yard.
Cameras are usually used to keep a bad element out of a neighborhood ... not bring them in? Most folks have jobs, family responsibilities and a life so they probably don't have enough time to sit around taking notes on who's going where & when they are doing so. Even if you've given a neighbor reasons to think unfavorably of you ... the individual you seem to be accusing probably has lots of other friends & their own family living in the neighborhood ... would it make sense for them to invite criminals into the neighborhood? "If" flyers were handed out ... its probably a good idea to contact the police for just in case. I'm sure the neighbors will appreciate your concern for their safety.
I’m familiar with the subdivision. I believe PMPC is a person living in the back of the subdivision. He and his teenagers are the only problem I ever herd about. This family has made a point to aggravate multiple neighbors over the last few years. The kids are out of control. You can see from the post that this is a real bright one.
