Does anyone know when the barrel racing on Cornwallis Rd is going to start again? I took my children there on Thursday nights last year and we had the best time. It was a very clean family oriented show. We have been watching to see when it starts again.
My girlfriends parents own the land that the bull-riding/horse-riding show sits on. I will try to give them a call to see when the next public show will be! I will let you know ASAP! Edit: Just to clarify, you are talking about the riding that goes on right past Lee Plantation subdivision but before the little white church, on the right side of Cornwallis, correct?
LOL, I can't believe you don't know what it is. That was my favorite show event growing up. Man, I need to find my old trophy's. It's a blast..man I miss owning/showing horses like I did every weekend for about 8 years (Age 8-16). Let us know when it is, etc. I'd like to take my girls and let them see what Mommy did growing up.

I found out a little bit of information. The g/f's parents spoke to the lady who normally runs the show, and she said that last year they had someone complain, whether it was noise or traffic I do not know. However, she didn't know if she was going to be able to do it this year because of that. If I find out any more information I will surely post it here!
www.ezrunpro.com This is the website if anyone is interested. I heard the same thing about someone complaining about the shows. I have no idea why, they all ended around 9 pm on Thursday nights. And they were not loud or wild. It was just a group of "horse" people who enjoyed riding. I've heard my neighbors music louder than them. Thanks for all the info. I'll keep my ears and eyes open, if I find out when there is a show I'll post it.
