They'll just shoot him. (presuming that "Mose" is your dog) I don't know about you, but the rest of us didn't hire them to trample all over our Constitutional rights.
I'm sure this was not the only bust or ticket given during the stop. Possibly the biggest. You sound like a crybaby DL. It's within the law. If you don't like it, take it up with the Supreme Court. I guess this is your next big debate? I happen to appreciate the officers that risk there lives for the safety of myself and everyone else.
Isn' every thread on here a violation of your constitutional rights? It's all you talk about..... You could always move out of the good ole USA!
I don't see where any of these cases resulted from a blanket check of drivers' licenses. Each one of them may well have been stopped for an apparent traffic violation. I'm sorry, I guess the "Private Message to Ken" flag must accidentally got reset. Exactly. As long as yuou're not inconvenienced, it's perfectly acceptable. Actually I would be willing to bet good northern money that if we really looked hard enough, we could find some crime you are currently guilty of. If you were, you would have said so. On the other hand, saying "it's no big deal" is the same as saying you aren't inconvenienced.
Bet what you want and have fun looking. If I was or wasn't it's not your business or I'd post it. I will not put my private life on here to appease you or anyone else so have fun assuming. But just remember you DON'T know me. Isn't that what is so nice about this site we can say what we want about anyone or anything and we are still hiding behind a screen name.
Which you did do when you said "it's no big deal". You were, in effect, saying that you weren't inconvenienced. Well, one does presume that you're not lying. But I suppose you could be.
Don't read into words I didn't say I was or was not inconvenienced. I could be lying or I could have been raised not to lie.
You are dwelling on minutia and ignoring the point in general, which is that there are so many laws that odds are great that any "law abiding citizen" is actually breaking a law at any given moment.
