Babysitters/ Evening Childcare

Does anyone know of a babysitting referral service in 40/42 or a center that provides evening care?

 

Screaming Mimi's on Hwy 70 by Walmart is a drop in care place.

We went to a bday party there and was very nice.

I could be wrong, but I think Up & Away only does Friday and Saturday evenings, not weeknights. I use them on a weekly basis, and they close during the week at 6. They have parent night out on weekends though, I think you have to pay for 5 hours, I've done it once, it's either 5-10 or 6-11 I think.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I prefer to keep my kids at home when I go out at night b/c they have trouble sleeping in a center. (We tried Up and Away last weekend.) If anyone has any responsible teenage daughters in the area PM me.

 

I am in a need to get out for 2-3 hours by myself. I usually have my parents watch the girls and was never left with anyone alse before. My husband works 2 jobs so it is hard for us to go out together so I am always home with my toddlers.

I am looking for someone who lives in or around Lansing subdivison who is responsible, knows how to change a diper, interacts with the children, and possibly put them to bed at a decent hour. ( I gave my sil a chance and she couldn't do anything above right and she is 19 yrs old).

My wife Jennifer has an in-home daycare in the Hidden Creek subdivision just off of Old Fairground Rd (North of 210). She has an associates degree in early childhood education and has been in childcare for about 8 years. She does full-time, part-time, before and after school, and occassionally some late nights, overnights, and weekends. I'm home most of the time, so I can and do help her out.

Just checked out thier site. Filled out all the information just to find out you have to pay to join, it was a waste of time.
