Myspace doesn't allow you to use ID selection instead of Class selection for design, but their brutal method of doing it (blocking the symbol "#") blocks a few other useful methods of the symbol.
Also every browser is very different when it comes to making pages, so no matter what until you shake out all the bugs you wind up with very confusing disparity between browsers.
