he should get the same charge as the illegal who killed the 7 year old murder in the 2nd although, i have to point out that it troubles me slightly that you only managed to express sorrow for the DRUNK DRIVER and not the DEAD LADY.
you said "how awful, another young life ruined". that doesn't sound like disbelief, sounds more like you had some pity or sympathy or something going on there.
then why did you specifically say "young life ruined"? the dead lady was 60, so unless you're 85 i don't think you were talking about her. how come you didn't say something more like "how awful, another innocent person murdered by a drunk behind the wheel"? not trying to put words in your mouth, but i find it odd that the comment you made was about HIS life, not HERS....
sorry, the how awful was because someone lost there life, and another young life ruined because of the stupid judgement! I've seen enough damage caused by a drunk drive, I could care less for them!

Speaking of drunk drivers. I have seen several on the roads lately with beer in hand driving. Sorry if this sounds racist but most being hispanic as far as they don't seem to hide it. I was coming out of Don Lee's the other day and a work van with 2 hispanics in it both had beers in hand and could barely keep the work van on the road. This is really started P'ing me off. The one time I left my cell phone at home. Well I have desided that for now on when I see someone driving what apears to be drunk or with a beer in their hand I am just gonna be bitchy and start calling and reporting it and giving their tag # to the dmv. BTW there is a certain Roofing company around here who needs to start testing their employees pee pee everyday for beer cause I see A LOT of there work trucks with drivers drinking.
LOL clif"ing too funny, no you made an assumption about how I felt by my original post, which was of very few words. So I did not back out of anything, just had to clarify how I felt. And just stated a fact that a young life is now ruined no matter what and a life is lost because of it!
