Hubby and I are going out on a date tonight with another couple...no kids! Anyone know of anything fun/interesting/different going on tonight? We're doing dinner, can't get out until about 6:30, and we're not limited to 40/42 area...I'd love some ideas. I was thinking about LOL club, but not sure, never been there, and I don't want to see someone lame...

    Ironman opens tonight!!!

On second thought, the lines will be bad enough. Pick something else.

Nope, not interested in Iron Man. Kids are though, is it a kid-friendly movie?

I didn't want to do a movie, then we can't interact with the other couple...

I love Rum Runners. Took hubby there for his 40th and had a blast. They sang George Strait's "The Fireman" to him.

BIL saw it the other day - said it was the best action hero movie he has ever seen.

Other than the question of, what makes you think I'm single. You obviously don't know much about women yourself. I feel sorry for your lady who has obviously settled.

First, many women, while they may not necessarily like comic books per se, the movie is not a comic book, do seem to have this thing about eye candy, which bulging muscles of superheros seem to be.

Second, Some women are into action flicks simply for the action. Just because you can't seem to find one, doesn't mean they don't exist.

Finally, some women are more than happy to trade a "chick flick" for a "guy flick". If you would just get out of your cave every now and again, and treat a lady to something she might like, you'd be suirprised at what she might do in return.

You should grow a sense of humour yourself. Do you think I really care what you have to say so much that I would go out of my way to defend myself?

Thank you. I'd much rather do that than see a cartoon movie.
