:iagree: I thought it was an adult (till y'all set me straight) - so was willing to give them a break, seeing as they were new and all.
Make sure it's sugar free When I quit smoking, I got my first cavity b/c I chewed gum like it kept my heart beating. And stupid me used the bubble gum kind like you get for 5cent each... the grape, apple and regular. I'd buy about 5 bucks worth a day!
God I love that gum!!! The apple and grape use to look like a tobacco wad in my jaw!!! Between that and Bazooka. The Hard gum...not the tube of soft junk.
GRR!! The best laid plans!! Got a great deal on a new Euro-top mattress last week, got it home..............and wouldn't you know, it was too tall for my older bed. So I search and find some low profile bedrail's that are supposed to drop it down to a more normal height, got them today, and it still looks stupid. GAH!!!
I bought a new bedroom set last year. Loved it in the store loved it set up in my room. Well, I am height challenged 5ft3 ( with shoes) anyways I didn't notice how high the bed was in the store I pretty much have to climb off the side or kinda slide off. I have fallen a couple times off of it and wish I had never bought it. I bruised my butt last time I fell off it. Maybe you can get someone to drop it more?
Don't know how, these rails are supposed to be three inches lower than the regular ones, and I have the rails that hook into the bed frame. I am beyond irritated at this point. Time to go furniture shopping, I guess. :banghead: Problem is, I have a smaller bedroom and all the furniture out now must be made for giants. :?
Can't you buy one of those little wooden stools that are made to go beside the bed for us short folks?
It's not just the height, it's the scale of the furniture, it's all HUGE!! Like I said, my MBR is unfortunatley on the small side and I'd like to be able to walk around the bed, LOL. :jester:
