    lmao...

At this rate, I wouldn't put it past the gov. for all the phones to be wire tapped. I don't say anything about anything that I wouldn't say to anything's face!

And all my mob biz are talked about in my basement with the washing machine & dryer running. I took notes while watching Sopranos. I'd suggest you do the same.

I kind of thought it was legitimate (the request). We had a member about a year ago that thought his house was wired and that his neighbors were after him. It is hard to get these folks to get help when your not sure if they are sane or not.

I saw it last night too and couldn't decide if someone was pulling our leg or if they really had a "concern" so I left it alone.

    Hught!
If you thought the person was real, maybe you shouldn't have told him to "turn himself in" LOL!

I remember that man from last year, I did believe him.

Any medical experts on here? What is wrong with this people?
    Can they be helped?

    Very sad indeed.

    In a general response.....

Any one can go to the local RadioShack and not only purchase the equipment but have the folks at RadioShack instruct you how to properly install such equipment. The equipment can go undetected. Spouses who suspect the other of infidelity can install the equipment and have the info to prove it in a very short amount of time. It used to be that an individual would have to hire an investigator to achieve these results. Now anyone, even your own teenage children, can install the equipment.

The next thing would be the laws on the books which cover such collection of info. You'd be surprised as to what can be used in a court of law against you via info received from the equipment.

I know of several incidents in which people have done such "surveillance".

One gentleman suspected the woman he was dating for 18months of infidelity. He proved it the 2nd night the equipment was installed.

One gentleman who was being unfaithful wanted to get dirt on his wife so his lawyer could use it against her and not have his infidelity come into question. After 6 months of surveillance he got nothing. He ended up caught with his girlfriend by his spouse he was recording.
