Why not just come out and say that it's the Pizza Inn at 40/42? Why be afraid to say it?

Bottom line is their service sucks and nobody wants to eat there anymore. Why would you when Cook Out is SOOO much better and cheaper? :cheers:

 

Because if they are threatening legal action your putting the name out there may cause this thread to be deleted.

 

Big deal. It won't be the first thread I have caused to be deleted and I'm sure it won't be the last with the way things have been going on around here :lol:

 

Legal action because somebody asserted their first amendment right and commented on a local eatery? So their service and food sucks, AND they are a bunch of crybabies (that's whineybabytittysuckers!)?

the part of that thread i read that i thought might have lead to its deletion would be the part about the pregnant person...her name was mentioned. hat's mention of server names as part of the review was not what i was talking about....

as for the thread itself, i don't believe it would have been deleted just for the review, especially considering someone who puported to represent the restaurant invited us to go and then post our reviews. the wendy's white oak sanitation grade thread i started is still there. i don't think anyone could sue webbie for us posting a review of a restaurant

thanks for the support. It's not over concern for myself that I am treading lightly. I consider myself (and the rest of us) as guests of Webbie. As a guest, I would hope that my conduct here would not cause him or his business any difficulty.

And, given that the the management of the place I refuse to name is behaving in a manner that more than suggests their character is that of poultry fecal material, and, we all know that one can't make chicken salad out of pfm...then
they have no standing with me.

There are too many good places nearby that welcome my business with a clean environment, good service, and good food (3 strikes against the unnamed joint)...

BTW, this week, the Ruby Tuesday's became smoke free. Dinner tonight was ok. Shoulda gone to Cookout, except that the line was ten cars deep on each lane...

Well, it just goes to show you that the manager of the said establishment "didn't see the women" he almost hit in the parking lot is just as you put it ....has the character is that of poultry fecal material.

It was there, but very briefly. I'm just wondering why there is a stink over it anyway. She's pregnant and obviously ok with that fact so why should it matter or be embarrassing?

 

I know, with a nametag and a potruding belly.... was it a big secret?
