I need to get my transmission worked on but I'm having a hard time finding someone trustworthy to do it. Its a 4wheel drive vehicle so I guess the places are pretty slim. I was told by two mechanics of a place in Smithfield...anyone know of this place? Any other places you would recommend?
Really? I called them months ago. They blew up my cell phone for about two months but I never returned their call because I found them to be annoying. Good to know!
Try Mike's Transmissions he's up at 4042 by the Bogangles. He's got a no frills painted sign but transmissions are all he does.
Mikes Transmissions! He has rebuilt my dh's transmission in his old truck my suburban and my mustang! He does GREAT! and is VERY REASONABLE!!!!!!!!!!!
Norris Transmission off of 401 near wake tech. Just got my 4x4 silverado clutch plates replaced. He is a good guy and resonable on price.
