 You might try posting this information at this forum...: http://nc-soccer.net/forum/portal.php

That is where all of the rest of the clubs have info posted, and that is where most of the soccer webbie people hang out.

Is there going to be only one tryout for U10 boys? The other ones (U10 girls and U 12 boys are having either 2 or 3 different try outs.

The thinking behind the one tryout for U10 is we are the only returning team that really only has limited spots to fill. BUT!!! We are trying to add May 27th for the U10 team to make it more convenient for the kids who want to tryout for U10 Boys. If this happens I will post it here.

Does anyone have any information on Pee-Wee soccer in the area and what age does it start? My little bit loves kicking around a soccer ball.

The can start at the GCAA at the age of 4. It's 3 on 3 with no goalie. How old is your little one??

Dang! Looks like we will have to just practice around for a couple more years since he is only 2. His dad & me need the excercise anyway & we have a lot of fun just "kickin it" with him too. Thanks for the information.

My 2 year old LOVES to be just like his brother and kick the ball everywhere too. We just practice with him in the backyard.....unfortunately there is no pee wee under 4 type soccer leagues. Besides the more he plays with "the big dogs" in the backyard the better he'll be on the field when it's his time. :hurray:

Yep, my thouhts exactly. My husband was a great soccer player back in the day in California so I am hoping that some of his soccer moves will rub off on the little man. He loves to kick the ball around & watch soccer games. Who knows at 4 he might not be interested at all, but for now he is so we will just keep working with him as long as he is interested & enjoys it. Our paths will probably cross on a soccer field in the next 1.5-2 years. Thanks again for the info.

Yep...my 2 yo turns 3 in September, so he just misses the deadline. But he loves kicking the soccer ball too, he's spent his whole life watching his big brothers' games, so he's all set to play! I hate we have to wait a whole other year before he can play. But he's tiny, so it's probably just as well. He's VERY small for his age.

Same goes for my 2 YO...small for his age.... He misses the cut-off as well. So it looks like we'll be seeing each other next year on the tiny side....watching some crazy magnet ball!!:lol:

My little 2 year old just misses the cut off too. He will be 3 at the end of August. He too is small for his age. Looks like our boys may all be playing together in the future. What fun. I am looking forward to it.
