Start hating........ Huge project, but different property coming before the Clayton Planning Board , Tuesday, May 27. They'll be looking at the master plan for Riverwood Ranch, 737 housing units, common open space, and 2 commercial areas, all on 267 acres on the north side of Pritchard Road. ( This is according to yesterdays Herald)
