I was not on earlier I was taking my kids out. I am not a person who has been on before so really there is nothing to tell, if I had been on before I would gladly say it as I see no need to lie to anyone. Maybe people change their names on here because some on here not all are rude to them. I did find a couple rude comments to my last email and thats okay. I do enjoy reading about good deals and the good advice I just will not respond to this anymore as I see it was pointless. No though I am not someone who has written before so I am not out to get you....BOO!:banghead::ack:

 

FUNNYFACE... Do you think you are the first person to visit this or any other board and wag your finger at it's community? Did you think that everybody was going to say "Oh. Golly! Thank you FUNNYFACE for showing us the error of our ways. You are so right, we are so wrong. Welcome, welcome. Pull up a keyboard!"

What did you hope to accomplish? Do you want to be part of this or do you just want to chastize?

 

I had something similiar typed out, but I'm glad you came to the rescue Cleo. Mine wasn't as nice.

 

It took me a few minutes to get it right as well. Ya know, flies/honey/vinegar.

 

Cleo, great job, you got the point I was trying to make across much better.

 

damn... i may really have to consider passing the reins of my Sybil to someone who really might have 16 personalities...

but I won't...she'll have to find her own named personality disorder...Sybil is all mine!! But atleast Sybil and I can share one user id here...LOL

I have to agree w/ some of your comments. I have met some nice people here and at times been able to come here and have fun and get great advice, but dear god let me post something that someone disagrees with and you will get bombarded w/ nasty responses that are totally uncalled for. You could continue to argue with them all day and call each other names if you have time for crap like that in your life which I don't. There are some on here whos only intent is to sit here and argue with ANYTHING you say. I'm pretty much over it and plan to give up even coming on here. It's actully tunring into a bummer.

Aw Kimmie, don't give up. Just do like i do "most" the time, i just refuse to get into the arguments and laugh at the stupid crap, ya know stupid, just can't fix it. We have developed some really great friendships on this board and like any board you are going to have people that come and go and that thrive on drama and arguing. Fortunately if you hang around long enough most of them either get kicked off or just quit posting. Just focus on the positive aspects and laugh at the negative:lol:

 

I'm ashamed to admit how much time I have spent on this board, but let me tell you, it has given me a greater sense of community than I ever had before I came on here. I've met some wonderful people, I've had my eyes opened to different points of view. I may not agree with everyone all the time, but it's always good for a thought-provoking thread, a little light entertainment or a place to vent. Yes, there are a couple that are a PITB, but overall, you won't find a better group of people. And I just LOVE to run into someone from here when I am in the grocery store or the post office.

 

If not for internet drama, some folks would peck their own eyes out.

 

Yeah... if it weren't for keeping up with everyone elses drama on here I might have to work all day... imagine that!

Here is a funky little idea. If people are so concerned over who certain log in names are and if they are the same person or someone they might suspect then why not ask Webbie to see if IP addresses match. Seems kind of silly to keep going on and on about "oh we know who it is" and they have split personalities.

 

Well.. because there are plenty of proxy sites where one can go through and it randomizes or hides IP addresses, and no one would ever know where that person was really logging in from.

I guess some people just so unhappy in their own lives that they need to wreak havoc, cause drama and be crap-stirrers in general to make themselves feel they have more a value to society. :?
