Was curious if there is a low or no cost doctor or health clinic in the area for uninsured patients? If so, where and how much? Thanks guys!
I don't know of any in Johnston County, but try calling the health department or the hospitals to ask. Wake County has Alliance Medical Ministries and the Open Door Clinic.
Since I live in Johnston County I probably need one here. You usually have to live in the county to be eligible. I appreciate it though!
Yes, there's the johnston County Health Department, next to the hospital in Smithfield. there is also a group of medical professionals providing care in the Clayton area. I don't remember the name or comtact imformation, but I have it at work. I'll try to remember to get it and PM it to you tomorrow evening and/or post it here. Snuff
