I love spicy food. This year I decided to step up from growing habanero peppers to something a little hotter. To my surprise, my Naga Jolokia peppers are doing better than expected so I expect a bountiful crop. With 10 active plants, I'll end up with several hundred pods. I can't handle that many! Anyone into some serious heat? When they mature later this summer, I'll give up some if anyone wants a few.
My husband likes to amke his own BBQ sauce and tries to get it REAL hot. I told him put some of the meat aside for those of us who do NOT want a 9 alarm fire in our mouths. He will set out to try and put you on fire....LOLOLOL I tell him that not everyone likes that. You all have fun with this, ok?? LOLOLOL
I love spice and a certain level of heat. The 911 type sauces make no sense to me, you can no longer taste your food. When I eat Thia I always order medium heat, made the mistake of saying "Hot" one time.
