    Thats pretty much how I do mine - but use the flour tortillas instead of noodles.

    That sounds like so much fun!! Last time I was there was Y2k - the end of the world ya know? :? Hung out at Howards pub and it was so fun!!!


    Thursday - I *think* I'll be down in Clayton again today working. Maybe I'll send *A* and me stay home and go to the pool? :lol: I mean seriously I am the VP around here.

    I am going with my brother and his gf. This will be my first time alone with out the kids and hubby in 4 years. I will use this time to relax, enjoy and recharge. My bro is also taking me to Jimmy's seafood buffet. he said its really good....have you ever heard of it.

    Never heard of it. Anyplace I've ever eaten at (at the beach) has been wonderful!! I love some seafood.

    PG, I *might* be able to.... I'll call you in a little bit. Gonna see if I can leave someone behind today. :lol: (the person you recently talked to and that I'm going to see very soon - her daughter) :lol::lol:

    My sister and brother both gave me squash outta the garden yesterday so I made 2 different casseroles - one with ground beef and one with sausage. They were both yum! We have leftovers for a few days! :drool:
