I know this is not the kind of College football you are talking about but after about 50 years (I think) without a football team, Campbell University's first football game is August 30 on their new football field!! :hurray::hurray::hurray:

I'm not a football fan but I may have to be there for this one.

Good Morning!! One more day til Friday, whoop whoop!!

 

I support all college football, just some more than others!! Campbell's Stadium is very nice!

 

Already too muggy for coffee outside. 8)

 

Just had one on June 20th, the next one is July 7.

 

Sleep is overrated anyway :lol:

Heck, I go to bed between 10-12 during the week and still get up at 4:30 during the week to walk for an hour before work. Man it's so nice walking that early, before it gets hot.

Anyone wanting to try Pimento Cheese here is a simple delicious recipe. Hmmm think I may have to make it this weekend! You can substitute one of the Cheddars for another kind that you like. If you like spicy, pepper jack is a good substitute or you can add some cut up jalapenos.

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. med. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento (diced)
Mayonnaise (Dukes of course)
Salt and pepper

Grate both cheeses into a large bowl. Put in the jar of
pimento, juice and all. Mix in enough mayonnaise to make
spreadable. Add salt and pepper to taste.
