I paid $120 for color w/highlights, trim and blow dry. At that time my hair was long I guess. About 5 inches past my shoulders.
$140 for cut, full color and highlights, wash, dry, style about $86.00 for cut, just highligts, wash, dry, style Medium length hair
about $85 for color and highlights (inc cut and style) - going tomorrow!! :hurraybut not clapping for the $$ part.....:?)
... $85 for highlights or lowlights, cut, and style using two dye colors. Most hairdressers I'm told charge you for additional colors. My hair is medium/long in length.
You've seen my hair Kaci.... I pay between $120-$140 for cut, foil color - highlights & lowlights, blow dry & style.. definitely the longer side of med. length hair (comes to my bra strap). Price depends on any extras...I think last time I pd $140 incl. tip. Not only did she squeeze me in to her schedule, I loved the cut & color!! A good hairdresser who can make me happy is worth the few extra bucks. I'm leaving work early to get mine done this afternoon...:hurray:
you have seen my hair......$40 to cut. Last time she highlighted....$70 (2 years ago i think). $18 to color.....myself!
Wow - I had no idea how much people pay for that stuff! I don't color my hair anymore, unless I just do it myself. I'm a DIYer anyway I think the last time I had highlights done it was $45 - but that was like 10 years ago! $100 for coloring my hair - what every 4-6 months? I just couldn't justify that expense. But then again, if I had an extra money tree laying around, I just might
4-6 months? heck no, 4 weeks for me.....every 4 weeks. It's the one luxury I give myself, everything else goes to my kids....and I ain't budging on hair or hair products....nope. Home hair color is not for me, I have too much gray to cover.
I get mine done about every 3 mths. I touch-up my roots in-between (with my dd's help). I look at this way, even tho my hair is highlighted blonde - I'd rather have dark roots than grey/white roots - so I use a dark blonde shade (which actually looks light brown) on my roots to stretch out having to pay the $$ so often.........:mrgreen: Even my hairdresser compliments me on it..:lol:
Yep.. I go every 8-10 weeks to get my highlights redone... and sometimes I just a get a hair across my butt and change all the colors, start from scratch.. the upkeep isn't so bad once its done.. I think about $70 to have my highlights retouched, cut and blow dry.
My DD#2 (who is 10) got a high lights (foil) and cut n style. It was $45. She has gotten so many complements on her hair. She has that stacked in the back posh-spice style everyone was sporting back awhile. Very cute!!!
Hair color in a box-$9 Hair cut-$12 I'd love to know where you ladies got the seeds for your money trees. Wow, I can't imagine spending $100 on my hair every 6 weeks or so.
