If you go through the light at Mcgees xrds (210 & 50 intersection) on Hwy 50 go about 1.5 miles and it is on the left. Let me know if you have any questions. My son is 'graduating' from there in June. He has been going there since he was two. It is amazing how much they are able to learn. Very friendly staff and my boy has enjoyed it!!

Thanks to both of you. My kids go to Hocutt in Clayton right now, where going to be moving to the McGee's area and I wanted to make sure there was somewhere out there for them to go. Thanks Again!
I know on good authority that there is a HUGE daycare center going in as we speak in the 319 park over by the new SECU. Super nice peps!
I have a 4 year old that is already going to Johnson Memorial but I was curious, do they potty train. I have a 3 year old who is 50/50 potty trained if that makes sense.
I'm not sure of the policy on that. From having worked there, I would think that they would be willing to help get your child to the bathroom often, but again, I can't say for sure. I would call and leave a message for the director, Gwen Green, and ask her.
Oh I know I could call Gwen....I just hate to bother her with this question. I have another month 1/2 to work with my lil one. She is just so darn stubborn.
If it is just stubbornness she might do fine for somebody else at preschool. Unless, she gets so busy having fun that she doesn't make to take time out to go potty, but I am sure at that age they are used to kids having the occasional accident.
When my daughter went there the kids were made to go to the bathroom all at once whether they had to go or not. I don't recall how often they went as this was in early 2006. She only went a day and a half though as she wasn't going to be forced to go to the bathroom. **This is in no way shape or form a post against Johnston Memorial as I have heard fabulous things about their program it just wasn't right for us**
My other daughter does go to JMC. they go twice to the bathroom and than who ever needs to go, will go. I am just concerned for my soon to be 3 year old. I so want her to go to school....she needs to get away from mommy (me). This evening...she was giving me a hard time about the potty and I told her that if she doesn't go to the bathroom than she will go to bed with out pull-up or underwear. Boy, she didn't waste anytime....she went to the bathroom with no problem. So I may have to use that excuse tomorrow. I am bad
