wendy's white oak sanitation grade B = bleech

So my husband and I visited Wendy's today. I remembered this thread after walking in. I should have walked out immediate. I watched one of the cooks scratch her head with her gloves on and then grabbed a hamburger bun. Then I watched the cashier drop a cup ... he put it back on the counter and afterwards I turned away. I turned back to get something and he was putting it with the other cups. I vomited in my mouth a little and left.

 

wendy's corporate should hear about this place. i'm sure they did hear about them when they got the "B", but even if somehow they got past that and managed an "A", they should know this place has no reason to be a disgusting hell-hole. sounds like things haven't changed since i posted this thread....

I think that if they have a chance to clean or repair things and STILL end up with a grade like that, they should really be ashamed! I think they get a heads up from the inspectors, maybe not which day but a general timeline. Yuck!

 

EWWWWWW that is so nasty! And I was really thinking about going there for lunch today! YUCK!!! I will have you know that after I read this post I emailed it to my co-workers since we work in the area and they STILL went and ate there! Is that big redheaded mean woman still the manager up there? I wouldn't mess with her cause she had her name tatooed on her neck and she looked like a professional wrestler or a roller derby gal.

 

Yeah but this is the same group that ate at Logans when they had a "B" sanitation and we had hair in my butter and you had a ladybug in your salad!!!! UGGGHH! And they wondered why we asked who brought what in each time there was a party at the office!!!! :ack:
