Seeing this on the classifieds reminded me....I need wire hangers. Anyone have a couple (or 50) I can have? I'll come get them!
No, I'm taking clothes to the consignment sale and they require that the clothes be hung on wire hangers. And then, if I have any left over, I thought I'd try to sit on the roof and contact ALF. LOL
I am pretty sure I do, let me check when I get home.....I am relatively certain I do....DF brings home dry cleaning, 53 shirts at a time...I usually grab them and toss them.....
NP, DH gets them every week with his work shirts and they just pile up. i will call ya when i get off tomorrow if that is ok, hopefully get out of here at a decent time tomorrow - playing catch up today for being off Friday:cry:

Wire hangers are not allowed in my house. I cannot stand the things!! I WILL pull a mommy dearest if someone tries to sneak one in :boxing:

I know it sounds silly, but rather than throw the wire hangers out, give them to someone (as requested in this thread) or return them to the Laundromat. Believe it or not there is a national shortage of wire hangers and if I remember right the price the cleaners pays is about three times what it was a year ago. We used to have a US factory that made them, they went out of business and the only country that makes them, to the best of my knowledge, is China.
Whatever Jen can't use, let me know, I need about 50 myself. I hate those hangers, but that's what they need for the sale. Let me know. I can definitely come to pick them up. I went by the cleaners last week and they were all out.
