Missing Cat?

There's a gray/white cat that's been wandering around my neighborhood off Josephine Road. I don't think it belongs to anyone because it's skinny and looks like it's searching for food. Unfortunately, I can't feed it cause I can't take in a stray. Anyone know if someone is missing a cat by this description?

 

Is he territorial? I am looking for a nice Tom, to protect my van. lol

 

I really don't know much about him. If he comes back I'll see if I can get closer to him.

 

KIDDING! I don't really want a cat. Unless it is really mean (read: vicious), does not like other cats, and will stay in my yard.

Nah, the two traps I have displayed around the sandbox put an end to that a year ago. A few fines, and those neighbors keep their precious putty tats inside. This cat is from the other side, and usually just cuts through my yard to get to the woods.
